The Anadigna albariño is an authentic signature wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas. It was born out of family tradition and the teachings of my grandmother, Anadigna. Mamá Anadina not only left us her fertile land in the Rías Baixas, her vines, which she pruned, fertilized and mothered like they were one of her grandchildren, she also left her ancestral wisdom, her love for doing things the right way and her affection for the wine which made her famous in Meaño. Rías Baixas Anadigna is her legacy, and I am in charge of conveying my family’s devotion to its vineyards through every cup of our albariño.
Grapes are like our babies.
We maintain an artisanal production process where grape bunches are collected and chosen by hand in our vineyards located in the Val do Salnés. We combine the most modern winemaking techniques with knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation to create this very personal and exclusive Rías Baixas wine that we are proud of.
